Life Insurance Policies Anyone Can Afford

Since 1932, Rabenhorst Life Insurance Company has meant financial protection through life insurance.

For over 80 years, these policies have been used by families to help pay for a variety of final expenses. Historically, we have provided this life insurance to persons from all walks of life.

Today, we continue this tradition of offering an affordable line of insurance products for all segments of the community at every stage of life. These products include Permalife, Limited Pay, Graded Death Benefit and Term life insurance policies.

Generations of Protection

A life insurance plan that offers protection for an entire family also can be prepared by combining more than one insurance policy. In many standard policies, we can attach cost competitive child riders for extra protection. As your children grow, these riders can be converted to permanent insurance policies, or allowed to expire as adulthood is reached. Ask about our Rabenhorst Family Plans.

With longer life expectancies, you should remember to ask about all the factors. For example, some persons already have existing coverage, but it is limited. Our counselors can offer advice on combining and upgrading that coverage to better serve the needs of today and those in the future. Let us structure an individual plan for your family--one that changes with your family. Before you say you can't afford a life insurance policy, please review information on the following insurance products.

Advantages of Planning for Final Expenses

All of our insurance policies share these common advantages.

  • The Avoidance of Family Confusion at a Difficult Time.
  • A Way to Pay for Final Expenses. Through scheduled payments, you can plan for final expenses, including a funeral, which has become one of the top five major family expenses.
  • Reduction of Assets. Premiums made to life insurance policies, which are used to pay specifically for funeral services, qualify as legitimate ways to reduce family assets. This reduction of assets can oftentimes help families qualify, or meet federal guidelines for Medicaid assistance or nursing home care. To be eligible, our standard insurance policies must be “irreversibly assigned,” specifically for funeral expenses at the time the policy is sold.  Such an assignment could be legitimate way to help protect a family’s financial resources for inevitable funeral costs.  (Rabenhorst Life Insurance Company cannot offer tax or financial advice on this topic. We suggest you discuss any reduction of assets issues with your attorney or financial planner.)
  • A Variety of Premium Amounts and Payment Options--We have something for anyone's personal situation.
  • Immediate Protection on standard policies, as long as premiums are paid.
  • Limited Health and Age Restrictions. A range of options available. Issuance of the policy may depend upon the answers to the health questions set forth in the application.
  • Convenient Payment Options, including bank draft, easy mail payments and friendly home service.
  • Rabenhorst Funeral Service. High standards, favorable price comparisons.
  • Transferability means the cash benefits of this policy are good anywhere.
  • Locally owned and operated business means your claims and questions are handled promptly.
