The orders are placed immediately--at the same retail price listed by the florists. All orders, either selected on the web, or given directly to our funeral directors, are sent immediately for prompt delivery.

As is the policy of most florists, if a certain floral product is unavailable, the florist will substitute it with another flower of similar color and value.
