Bob was born March 14, 1950 in Baton Rouge, LA and passed away May 2, 2017 at The Carpenter House. He graduated from Broadmoor High School in 1968. Bob received his bachelor’s degree from Millsap’s College and a master’s degree from LSU in chemistry. He graduated from the School of Pharmacy at Northeast Louisiana University. He loved reading, travel, swimming, scuba diving, running, playing the stock market and spending time with his family. He served as a hospital pharmacist in the Baton Rouge area for over 40 years. Bob attended First Presbyterian Church in Baton Rouge. He is survived by his mother, Archer Ayres Bradford Postlethwaite; two brothers, Ayres Bradford, Sr. and wife Connie and William Bradford; and six nieces and nephews, Lindsey Bradford and wife Jerri, Ayres Bradford, Jr. and wife Jennifer, Davis Bradford and wife Sarah; Barbara, Brad and Chris Ducote. Bob was preceded in death by his father, H. F. Bradford and his sister, Anna Bradford Ducote. There will be private services in Natchez, Miss. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Natchez Children Services, 806 N. Union St., Natchez, MS 39120. Bob was loved by his family and will be missed by all.
