Edna Tabor Gaudin, Passed away May 15.2017 after a long blessed life. Visitation will be at St. Joseph Cathedral on Saturday May 20 at 10:00 a.m. until Mass at 11:00 a.m. celebrated by Fr. Frank Uter.  Private interment will be at Roselawn Cemetery.  She is survived by her two daughters , Nelwyn Gaudin Chenevert and Linda Gaudin Melancon; six grandchildren, Michelle Massa, Yvette Meeks, Bert Melancon, Chad Melancon , Emily Magee and Andrew Gaudin; Nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband W. Wayne Gaudin Sr., two sons, W. Wayne Gaudin Jr. and John Edgar Gaudin, parents Edna G. and Walter W. Tabor Sr.; and one brother Walter W Tabor Jr.  She retired from the E.B.R. Sheriffs Office and was a long time member of the Catholic Daughters of America.  Edna was an incredibly kind person with a tender heart for all.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Joseph or a charity of your choice.
