With great sorrow C.M. “Clarence” Thibodeaux, Jr. of Baton Rouge went to be with the Lord on May 3, 2017. C.M. was a World War II Navy Veteran and retired from Exxon Marine Division. He was 90 and a loving father, grandfather, great and great-great grandfather. C.M. was an avid hunter and fisherman. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East 11000 Florida Blvd beginning at 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm Friday, May 5, 2017. Visitation will resume Saturday, May 6, 2017 starting at 12:00 pm until service at 2:00 pm with interment at Greenoaks Memorial Park. He is survived by three daughters, Brenda and husband Richard “Moody” Bahwell, Janet Thibodeaux, Laurie Braud, one son Brett and daughter in-law Pam Thibodeaux, and Granddaughter Jena Thibodeaux, five Brothers – Cooper, Paul, Kenneth, Pierre and Andre Thibodeaux, four Sisters – Bernadette Marino, Patricia Thibodeaux, Celeste Gunter and Linda Strain, Seven Grandchildren, Ten Great Grandchildren and Eight Great-Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years Dorothy “Dot” Michelli Thibodeaux, parents Clarence M Thibodeaux, Sr and Lillian Russell Cooper Thibodeaux, Granddaughter Roxane Braud and Sisters Katherine “T.T.” Ducote, Russell Ann Stonaker and Barbara Jean Baringer.
